FEES
from September 2009 (until further notice)
All fees are charged on a calendar
month basis and are payable on or before the 1st day of each calendar
month. A returnable deposit equivalent to one month’s fees is
required when a place is accepted. Fees are only payable for the 48
weeks of the year that the nursery is open (spread over 12 equal
monthly payments). If you require assistance in calculating your fees,
please let us know.
Standing orders should be reduced
from the month after your child’s second birthday.

Extra sessions
In an emergency it may be possible for your child to have an extra
session or lunch, which would be charged at the standard rate
(£10.50 for lunch). Cheques should be made payable to ACE Day
Nursery. Please write your child’s name on the reverse. All
extras must be paid for on the day.
Written notice
Each child is expected to attend ACE for at least 2 months. Parents
must give one month’s notice in writing before withdrawing their
child from the day nursery. If this is not done, fees for the following
month will be deducted from the deposit.
