As a charity, ACE operates on a non-profit-making basis;
therefore the fees are fixed at a reasonable level.

In an emergency it is sometimes possible for children to have
an extra session or lunch hour at a slightly higher rate than the
normal fee. These must be paid for on the day on the
following basis:
- £1.50 per early morning
- £20 per morning
- £6.50 per supervised lunch hour
- £12.50 per afternoon
Each child is expected to attend for at least one full term,
as half a term’s written notice is required before he or she
leaves. Because of the strong demand for places, parents are advised to
apply well in advance, although they are not asked for a final
commitment until shortly before admissions.

The school is registered with OFSTED, which means that ACE
parents may receive Early Years Education Funding from the term after
their
child’s third birthday. This reduces the cost of attending ACE by
contributing up to £535 per term towards fees. We also operate a
bursary fund for parents who cannot afford to pay full fees. The
bursary is supported by donations.
