A Day at ACE Day Nursery

ACE Day Nursery provides a wide range of activities and experiences within the six areas of Learning and Development set out in The Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.

Each day includes two free-flow play sessions: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. These sessions consist of a sensory activity, such as playing with sand, water, rice, and a creative activity such as painting, modelling or sticking. All activities are based on the children’s interests and staff will guide activities specifically to the children’s developmental stages.

ACE Day Nursery is a nut-free vegetarian nursery. A morning and afternoon snack are provided and a hot home-made meal, made on the premises by the nursery cook, is served at lunchtime. A fruit based pudding is also served at lunchtime.

A high tea is provided at the end of the day.
