Child-centered play is significant At ACE we believe in providing children with a welcoming, safe and nurturing indoor and outdoor environment. Learning and play are woven into every interaction and combined to help everyone flourish, feel valued and have a strong sense of self. We pride ourselves on listening to each unique child, and those who care for them, and use this information to personalise each child’s learning. We value the rich diverse cultural community that makes ACE a trusted home-from-home. We strive to engage all children by providing exciting, challenging, diverse and differentiated experiences which include: exploring the wider community, woodcraft and respecting the natural world. We value the importance of being outside and use it as an additional learning space to develop children’s thinking and problem-solving skills. Learning should be fun; we believe that the early years is the beginning in creating confident, self-motivated, resilient, lifelong learners.
